Returns & Refunds

You can return your order for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, fresh-sealed, and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially eaten products (we know it’s tempting to take a bite).

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email update.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Quality Issues

Your happiness (and taste buds) mean the world to us!

If your products arrive damaged, defective, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us right away.

Share a photo of the product along with your order number.

We may also ask for the batch code / best before date (printed on the box or label).
